A new tenant has signed up for WiFi at the address where I live, so my order has been cancelled and someone has returned the router and other equipment for me. However, they are still sending me invoices and asking me to pay. Can you help me resolve this issue?

Hi @yueyi. Did you receive a confirmation regarding the cancellation of the subscription? It is best to contact our customer service by phone (0800 0402). They can check if the subscription has been terminated for you.
