Hi,

On the 31st of July I requested a contract take over for my internet subscription. I sent all the documents by email but I did not get any answer or confirmation that the changes have been made. Could you please let me know if the data has been received?

It takes about 10 business days for a contract take over to be processed, however we're in the holiday period so it could be there is a delay in processing. When it is processed, the new subscriber will receive an email with a confirmation 🙂

Thanks for you answer. The new subscriber still has not received any email. It’s been 15 days now. Should I contact the costumer service? 


That's taking a bit long @Jam98 🤔 At this point I would indeed recommend calling 0800 - 0402, I hope it will be sorted quickly!
