It takes about 10 business days for a contract take over to be processed, however we're in the holiday period so it could be there is a delay in processing. When it is processed, the new subscriber will receive an email with a confirmationÂ

That's taking a bit long @Jam98Â At this point I would indeed recommend calling 0800 - 0402, I hope it will be sorted quickly!
