In December I changed my Internet provider. I had a new service from December 19th onwards and I have been paying for that since. Nevertheless, on December 15th I got the bill from KPN for the period from December 15th to January 15th that I paid. Since I used KPN internet only for 4 days and I paid for the entire month, I would like to get my money back. How can I do it?

This is because the invoice has been generated before the termination of your contract. You will receive a final invoice with a correction starting from the end date, in this case December 19th. You don't have to do anything for this, it will be generated automatically.
