Kindly cancel my subs in your invoicing system also.

Hello @Jacob Dahl, I understand you have some questions regarding the termination of your contract. I'm happy to help.

Did you file a request to end your subscription on August 1? Then your contract will be ended per September 1. We have a notice period of one month. Meaning that your contract will end a month after notifying us.

Then, when your subscription has ended, you're likely to receive another invoice. We call this the slotnota, the final invoice. More information about this invoice, you can read here: KPN Factuur bij opzegging.
