Hi, I’ve been going in circles with kpn (per usual) this is not the first time I tired to get rid of it, but eventually I just brush it off and went on with it while in Netherlands, while In my home country my internet got shut down for “unpaid invoices” I’ve been trying to reach them and all the different numbers or whatever those are until I got to this forum, I cannot reach them at all! Since even in the dot app they ask to schedule a call appointment for them to call me, but that’s not able because I DONT HAVE A DUTCH NUMBER ANYMORE, they closed it , so I have obviously have a Romanian one in which they cannot contact me that dot app is practically useless, and most times it doesn’t understand any question whatsoever , I have invoices that I cannot pay all of them at the same time so I obviously was trying to make some installments since that’s the only way I could pay it of currently, I don’t want a contract with kpn ever I just wants meets end as I wanted last year! I managed eventually to make some installments some time ago, but eventually it caught back, now I just don’t want this provider at all! It’s been a cycle of frustration which I don’t intend to anyone but unfortunately I see it once too often thru forums etc! I just want to make some installments for the last invoices and that’s it. I don’t want to use it anymore. The number is closed currently so I cannot be contacted. Obviously if I email it takes 5 business days for a reply which I’m tired of! That’s all I need, I want to pay but most of times it’s too difficult, the direct payment it’s not even working at all ever. So most times I’m getting caught in daily life and I don’t manage to remember. But for this I will set reminders of the installments what I will personally send them until this is over . Thank you!
Hi
At this point, the only way you can come to some sort of agreement surrounding the payments, is through our Collections department (open during business hours only). And the only way to reach them is via our regular phone customer service.
I understand that Dot isn't working for you, which means your best bet is to call us yourself. Our 0800-0402 number is not reachable from abroad, but you can use +316 1200 1200 instead. If you indicate you would like to speak to Collections, you should end up at a colleague who can assist or put you through to them.
