I bought a kpn line when I came to the Netherlands for a few months. I cancelled my subscription when I was going to return to my country. They called me and I said I approved it. But I just saw that 30 euros have been deducted from my account for months. Please help. I am in Turkey now and I can't call anyone to cancel it again. I need your help!

Hoi @Edzhe. It’s unfortunate that an amount was still charged. Did you receive a confirmation about canceling your subscription? What’s mentioned above is correct, we’re unfortunately unable to assist further here. Have you already reached out to our customer service team?

Hello, yes, I also received a cancellation e-mail 3 months ago. Despite this, a total of 90 euros were deducted in 3 months. And I can't call customer service anymore because I'm in Turkey. Making this call will cost me thousands of Turkish liras. I canceled it twice, I was told it was canceled and I even received an e-mail saying it was cancelled. Despite this, the fact that money is still being withdrawn from my account is a seriously bad situation for me. I don't know what should I do..

Unfortunately, I can’t help you with canceling the subscription directly, but I can check our systems to see what information I can find about it. Could you please update your profile with your name, postal code, house number, customer number, and possibly your mobile number? Once you've done that, leave a message in this topic, and I’ll take a look at what I can find in your file.
