Good morning, I paid for the invoice on May 19.  And now I see that you have charged the invoice for the second time on 02-06-2022.  I would like to clarify this

Hello @Sebastian 1984. Generally we do not charge the same invoice twice. It could be that you have paid an invoice yourself and that we followed with a direct debit. In which case you'll automatically get back your money within 2 weeks.

Sometimes, however, the payments are not for the same invoice. Even though it looks like it. If you want to know for certain, you can always give us a call at 0800 0402. Our department Collections can look into it for you.
