Hi there!

I'm currently planning to port my number to another provider because we have family subscriptions there. I've already applied for porting, but I believe I need to settle my KPN contract first. How do I do that?

I'm guessing this is regarding your mobile number, is this correct? 

All you have to do is make sure that your're out of contract. If so, all you need to do is let your new provider know that you want to keep your number. The new provider will take over your number and terminate your KPN subscription.Â
