KPN was unable to install my internet service. I cancelled before the 14th day. I received a bill anyway and I still have not received the box to return the equipment. I called and spoke with a representative and she gave me the address to return the equipment and told me to pay the bill, I would get refunded for what I didn't use. Well, I didn't use anything, so I am expecting a 100% refund. Also, how will KPN know that the equipment I am returning was assigned to my account if I just need to drop it off at any PostNL?

Hello @Michelle.v, the invoice will be completely refunded. If you put your name and address on a note inside the box, everything will be alright. 


Ok, thank you so much. So postNL will not charge me to send the equipment back? I never got a box to return.


Returning the equipment back to KPN is free of charge.
