Hi, while paying for my internet invoice, I accidentally sent the correct amount but the currency switched from EUR to PLN. Is there a way for me to get the money back and send it properly in EUR?

Note: I resent the money in the correct currency as to avoid my account being blocked. Who can I contact to have the payment in PLN resent back to me?


Hi @TymonCz, welcome to the forum. When you've paid more than the invoice, the amount will be refunded automatically after a few weeks. I don't know the specifics about this, you can call us at 0800-0402. They will be able to tell you more details about that.
