Hello,

I am trying to extend my subscription with a new phone but when I try to order it, it shows my older adress and it doesnt let me change during the ordering process. 

However I changed my adress in MyKPN, it doesnt reflect to the ordering process.

Can you help?

It can take a couple of days before your adress has changed on our side.
It's been a couple of days, is your adress correct now?

If your old adress still shows you can give us a call on 0800-0402, my colleagues there can check your data and help you with your order.
You can also go to one of our physical shops for this.
