Hi,
I need help from the experts on this forum as I cannot cancel my home internet subscription even after a few phone calls to KPN.
The first phone call puts me on hold for 15 minutes to reach cancellation desk. Then tell me I better go to the provider to cancel. I did reach out to new internet provider but they do not offer switching service for my new subscription.
The second phone call, I explained the situation and calmly waited 40 minutes before the call automatically stopped.
Why such simple thing like cancellation is so complicated with KPN? I wasted my afternoon getting nothing done with KPN sadly. Please help as I am not sure I should call again. I have many other things to do.
