I ordered a subscription phone but forgot to mark it with insurance.

I bought insurance later but I don't see it on my invoice. Is the insurance active?

But I also checked it for you. I see you don't have an insurance at the moment.

I can see that you did order an insurance on the 24th of April. However, this order was cancelled almost immediately. I don't know why, though. You order your new phone on April 12, and received your phone on April 14. You ordered the insurance on April 24, which is well within the 30-day timeframe you have to order the insurance.

Unfortunately, it is now no longer possible to get an insurance for your new iPhone.
