Hi, how can I stop KPN from charging me for my mobile subscription? They accepted that my subscription was cancelled but they are still charging me monthly. I am currently living abroad and left the Netherlands so it is difficult for me to call KPN customer service in the Netherlands. Is there any other way to contact KPN customer service or solve this problem?

That's most unfortunate Farin and i'm sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Direct contact is still the shortest route to resolve this issue. When did you terminate your contract precisely? Could you also fill out your profile and notify me when this has been completed? Â
