I got my subscription back in January and everything was going okay until yesterday when the internet suddendly died and today I check the MijnKPN app and it says my subscription got cancelled. I have already paid for the month of April but the invoice does not appear in my app and now the internet doesnt work. I did not request for my subscription to be cancelled.

Hello Matheus, that's rather stranger and i understand that this raises question. I would advise you to contact our contract department during business hours on 0800-0402, they can check why your contract was cancelled and take additional steps to correct the situation.
