I was an XS4All customer, now KPN. I am paying 55 euros per month for internet only at 100Mb/s. This is advertised now at 42,50. The 1Gb/s is advertised at only 52,50. Why am I being overcharged as an existing customer?

Recently KPN launched the new Internet/KPN TV+ proposition so thats the subscriptions that you see on the website. I think your current subscription is still the previous Hussel proposition.

In the new Proposition the internet part is a bit cheaper where the tv part is a bit more expensive.

If your contract end date is passed your able to change you current contract to the new propositing (minimal a year contract, and after that montly extended).

And when you call them, they won't do anything.
