I called KPN to terminate my number at the beginning of July, and your worker told me they had helped me process that. 

But I still receive the bills for August subscription from KPN which is ridiculous, so I want to claim the refund for the amount you charged me after I have called you for the termination. I cannot access you now since I have already moved abroad.

Hi @Cancellation of number! I see what you mean. I see that the subscription has been suspended. I also see notes in my system about your request for cancellation. 

In this case I need to ask you to contact customer service. 

You can do this by calling 0800-0402 from the Netherlands. Or calling +316 1200 1200 from abroad. 

You can also use the same form you've used earlier. And put down that the cancellation hasn't been processed properly in the field for personal remarks.
