Hey,

 

I opened my phone subscription earlier this month but I have not received any information regarding how can I pay for my first invoice and neither it has been collected from my bank account automatically. In MijnKPN it shows that there are no outstanding invoices. How can I know when the invoice needs to be paid? I cannot find that information from any of the emails I have received.

Hi @Pipsa , did you already open an account for “MijnKPN” ? When the invoices are published, you can download them from there.

If your subscription started earlier this month, I expect your first invoice in december. On it there will be two periods charged, the starting period and the first regular month in advance. There can be some one-off costs like activationcost and the running costs for calls etc. from the first period.

 

For example: My subscription started on the 23rd of May and my first invoice was dated 21st of June
