Previous tenant gets notifications to return devices

Question

I moved to a house where the previous tenant was using KPN services. Now, KPN sends letters and empty box (probably to return their devices).  I droped the letters into the mail box but they bring it back to my address how can I inform KPN that the perious person is not living here anymore? I cant find their (KPN) contact

Hi @Abdur Rahim Bakhtzoe, welcome to our forum. Those messages for the previous tennant shouldn't be your concern. But I do understand they are very annoying! Did you manage to call the number hassey gave you?
