Hello, I have a problem with activating Spotify which I’ve bought today, 2 hours ago. When I click that link which you’ve send me, I’m logging with my KPN ID and then I’m getting message „Je hebt geen Spotify bij dit abonnement besteld.” 
 

But I did order it, otherwise I wouldn’t get e-mail with activation. 
 

Please help! 

Hi @KarpiuPrince, welcome! It's been a few days, have you managed to get the activation link to work? Sometimes it takes a little longer before it becomes available. If it still doesn't work, the quickest way to get this sorted is calling us (0800-0402, free). The colleague can check what the problem is, and what needs to be done to resolve it.
