I had requested for cancellation of subscription and also got an acknowledgement from you that the cancellation is done and final invoice will be given. I also deposited all the equipments at your store in Amstelveen Stadshardt. Apparently despite doing all this, I am receiving a request for the monthly payment and also you have sent email saying that I have send the equipments. I am not sure how you guys are functioning. The store manager said that I don’t have to do anything once I deposited the equipments. This is really becoming a pain to deal with kpn customer service.

When you are a customer of KPN you pay the bill in advance. This means that when you end the contract you will sometimes receive another invoice. 

Then, when the contract has ended you will receive and end note, and you will get back the money which you paid to much.
