I have just received an email telling me that I have charges. I cancelled my mobile contract months ago and have moved away from the Netherlands at the same time but I am still receiving charges. 

Hi @Za03The! The quickest way to resolve this, without calling us, is through our website on emigration. When sending along the required documents, include the previous confirmation of cancellation. Also use the place for extra notes to let the team know that this has happened. They will be able to resolve this for you.
