I contracted the service in April to start in September with the service. That was the agreement we made when we contracted. Now in May I am being charged for the first month. Can you explain this to me?

When you ordered the service, you recieved a contract. This contract did mention a starting date and you should have recieved some e-mails with a mention of the starting date of the subscription. I can underdtand that you probably missed this, because Dutch is not a languange you are 100% familiar with.Â
You now best call the customer service, to delay the subscription. The customer service can be reached with the free of charge number 0800-0402.Â
