I have left NL for good. My contract was supposed to end by 12 February 2024 but it seems that the contract got extended automatically. I am no longer in NL and no longer using the bundle. I tried calling from abroad but the automated replies are all in Dutch language. I asked my friend in the NL to help but I was told that the alternative is to write an email. May I know which email address I should use?

KPN don’t have an e-mailadres. You can also contact KPN by Facebook or X.

The easiest way for you right now is to use the online form and treat this as a regular cancellation, no need to mention an emigration seeing as you no longer have a yearly contract.
