In my subscription there is a Philips TV as a welcome gift. My subscription has started from May 23rd but I didn't receive welcome gift yet. How can I follow up it?

Usually the gift will be delivered 2 weeks after the subscription has been activated. Since this activation has been done 2 weeks ago (as of June 6th), you will receive a shipping notification shortly.

As far as I've noticed, delivery may take a little longer due to it's success. If you really want to be sure that everything is in order with the free TV gift, I recommend that you enter your details in your KPN Forum Profile. In that case, a moderator (KPN Employee) may want to check whether everything has been handled properly.


Hi @Kambiz, I see @GerritS76 has already told you that your TV wille be shipper after the 14 days reflection period. That period ends today, so it won't be long now 🙂
