Hello,

I just got a KPN contract for 1Gb/s and was surprised by the slow internet.

I looked at the forum and tried the different suggestions:

  • wifi manager
  • resetting the box
  • connecting to a cable through a windows computer

But at the end of the day I still receive less than half of what I am paying for. @KPN team could you please help me? Could it come from the box?
