Hello,

I wanted to connect to your operator but could not connect to customer service because it was only in Dutch. We bought an internet package for home yesterday. Meanwhile, we said we had a modem-compatible cable box at home, but we don't. We would like to avoid any problems when they come to set up the internet by informing them about this issue in advance. How can I get help regarding this issue?
