Access point in home doesn't work

Hello, we moved into our new apartment and we chose KPN for out internet provider. We received our modem but unfortunately there is no actual internet connection. I think that it's related to this old scholl box on the wall. And if someone can send me a picture what is the correct connection of it I think I can do it myself!
