We are moving house and scheduled to switch our KPN connection to the new address. However we then received notification from KPN that the connection cant be established for another 3 weeks because the current owners (also with KPN) subscription is active. We checked with the current owners and this isn’t the case- their contract ends the day we hope to start ours. Now KPN are saying they can’t schedule a call to discuss this until after our move,
Is there anyway around this? it should be a simple switch- they are leaving, we are arriving- we’re all with KPN. Not sure why it is being made complicated,
