I am moving to a new home in 2 weeks and I’ve chosen as moving date the 28th of October (essentially to get the internet connection moved to the new address).

Why on earth I got as moving date the 9th of November in my confirmation email?

Hi @ccristian, welcome here on the Forum! Normally it takes 2-3 weeks before we can finish a move order. After entering a wish date, our system checks if this date is achievable. The quickest way to find out why the data has moved and if it's possible to pick another date is to call our move department on 0800-0402.
