Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to transfer an internet plan from one address to another - I have not found any option to do so on the website.

This is just a move of address.

You can do that by phone or via the site (in Dutch; you can ask help from someone).

Bij phone call free of charge 0800-0402 en say to de system "verhuizen” (in Dutch…. i know….). After that you get a real person with whom you can talk in English.

Via the site: kpn.com/verhuizen (in Dutch, sorry)

Most easy would have been to walk into a kpn-shop. If it wasn't for corona. You can do that now only after making an appointment. Only via de site…..in Dutch :neutral_face:
