Hello,

 

I wanted to be a new subscriber of KPN and registered a Internet plan, but just got back a email that says KPN rejected the order. And the reason it said was “the data we have received from you does not meet our requirements.” 

 

Does it mean that the circumstance of my place doesn’t meet the requirement, or that I should’ve submit more (or proper) data when I registered?  Would you let me know, specifically which data doesn’t fit?

Welkom to the KPN Forum, how unfortunate that your application for a new subscription was rejected. This can have a multitude of reasons, but from your post it seems like we're missing some important data. I'd advice you to call our sales line (0800-0402) to try again and help you get sorted out.
