Hi, my customer number is *******. I requested internet connection March, 1 and was informed by email that I will be contacted before Feb, 27. Until now nobody contacted me, what should I so to confirm the appointment and get internet on requested date.

I see that you already had contact with my colleagues, and that they have send you a "Direct online pakket" because the connection is not working. 

Because the fiber connection is not in the house yet, so for now we have to wait.
