Friday my Internet crashed ,Kpn were helpful and arranged for a monteur to come Monday between 7 and 9.

Monday morning I got a email and message confirming the appointment. 

Monday night now 9pm ! No ******* monteur!

When I called your service robot ,he told me its Tuesday the appointment!

Really bad service ! I am going to look at legal help . You do not keep to your promises and this is rubbish service!

Swearing is not necessary and calling legal aid makes little sense in my opinion. You can request compensation via the link below if the malfunction has been resolved.

Just to let you know the monteur came today !

He sorted the problem out ,was fantastically friendly all in all he is a credit to KPN.

I wish more people were as helpful as him.
