Hello. I received my Internet box today but the connection starting date is on the 13th. Can I change the start date to a sooner time? We work from home and need the connection ASAP.

We can only postpone an installation date of our Internet service. Due to schedules and processes it isn't possible to start it sooner, sorry! One more day…. :fingers_crossed_tone4:!
