Since there was no show of technician from Odido. I decided to stay with KPN. I understand that it takes time for KPN to take over the fiber glass again. But please arrange me an emergency package such that I can have internet at home. Though I don’t have SIM card subscription, customer service told me KPN can provide GSM modem. So, back office! Can you please contact me and give me a temporary solution before the switch is done?????
