I have recently moved to the Netherlands and have subscribed to KPN for internet at my new house.
But, I cannot find a fiber point for the connection. The house only seems to have the old style coax cable (the previous resident had Ziggo, I think). KPN says that the house has fiber access but as I cannot find the cable does this mean that I need a technician visit?
If I do need a technician, how do I arrange that? I have tried going through the website service area, but it asks me for a 10-digit customer number that I do not have (I only have an 8 digit order number).
Any help much appreciated!
