Hello,

I have recently moved to the Netherlands and have subscribed to KPN for internet at my new house.

But, I cannot find a fiber point for the connection. The house only seems to have the old style coax cable (the previous resident had Ziggo, I think). KPN says that the house has fiber access but as I cannot find the cable does this mean that I need a technician visit?

If I do need a technician, how do I arrange that? I have tried going through the website service area, but it asks me for a 10-digit customer number that I do not have (I only have an 8 digit order number).

Any help much appreciated!

If you still can't find it, the technician is the best way. If it doesn't work via the site, you can call us at 0800-0402. That is the easiest way to plan an appointment for a technician.
