Hi Team

 

I want to cancel my KPN internet contract. My 1 year contract period has ended. I tried calling the helpline number 0800-0402 but since I am not a Dutch speaker I could not understand the menu options to connect to a representative. Can you please help me with an alternate way?

Hi @P Taneja, sorry to hear that you want to terminate your contract. If you call us on 0800-0402 you have to say what your question is, with “cancel my contract” you should be able to speak with a collegue of mine. Otherwise, you have here several options to cancel your contract. If you scroll down you will find the blue button Bel Me Terug, you can enter your telephone number there. We will call you back.
