I have left the country and dont have time to sit on a support phone line with people that will not pick up the phone.

Cancel my internet immediately! There is no way to cancel online, no way to email, no way to live chat.

Absolutely stupid, predatory, and ridiculous!

***Not to mention I NEVER chose KPN and was forced over to them after signing up with XS4ALL

Hello @PissedOffCustomer. There is a way to report this online. You can do this by completing the form on this website. I advise you to do this, otherwise the subscription will continue. We need a number of documents to cancel the subscription. This is further explained on our website. You can also cancel the subscription by letter.

 

For this you need the following information:

  • proof of deregistration from the municipality or your employment contract abroad or a statement from your study institution abroad
  • your customer number
  • your contact details

You will receive a confirmation. After the proof of deregistration has been approved and you have canceled the contract, you will receive a confirmation by email within 1 week.
