I want to cancel my KPN internet subscription as I have just moved to another country.

 

I could not find the option in my KPN login portal.

 

As I am in a time zone with a 10 hour difference, it would be better to use email to cancel. Is there an email address i can send to?

 

 

I also just tried to call KPN to cancel and after being on hold for 25 minutes, I ask the KPN staff representative to cancle my subscription, he took my address, said he would transfer me to his colleague, and then hung up on me. Could you please assist?

However, you can file a cancellation online when moving abroad. Please fill in this form to cancel your subscription. My colleagues will take care of the rest.
