I would like to cancel my contract (TV and internet)and return the equipment.  For that, I would like to pay the amount for the next few months (the contract will run until 11-2021). I need to do that as soon as possible. Could you help me with this?

I'm not actually in the Netherlands and I can't call this number.  Can I do this by email?

If you have moved to another country, living not any-more in the Netherlands, you can cancel the contract, without paying till november 2021. That is the exception to the contract rules.
