Cancelling contract

Hi,

I’m moving out from my flat and I need to cancel my internet contract. In the contract there's something wirtten about 12 months, but I’m not sure it means I can’t cancel my contract before this 12 months or it's just the invoice I got for the whole year.

Hello @MartaF is you want to cancel a contract, you need to contact the costumer service. You can call them by using the free of charge number 0800-0402 or by starting a chat.
