I have a mobile (calls + internet) subscription and I want to change the bank account connected to it. It doesn’t allow me. Would you please help me through?

It should be able on your MijnKPN. You can find it under Persoons-en betaalgegevens.
If that does not work you can also talk to one of my colleagues about this on 0800-0402!


I havent heard from you, I'm assuming you've managed to change it and/or spoke to one of my colleagues.
