I had to click this button in the mobile application 20th of September, but I forgot about it since internet was working. Now I’m not able to click it (it’s grey and when I click on it the all the selectors are closing).
It’s very annoying since I see only “Track your order” instead of my home internet information.

I wanted to send a request to our delivery departement, but I see you just contacted us an hour ago and one of my colleagues has already done this. Hopefully they'll  fix it soon so your order will be fully delivered and you can see and do everything in MijnKPN 😊
