Cannot find the ISRA connection spot

Hello,
I am not good in Dutch so apologies for posting in English.

I just switched from Ziggo to KPN. Technician came to check the installation and connections  in my apartment but he couldn't locate the ISRA point. So I tried by myself and found ( see below pic ) some point in my living room. Is this a ISRA point and I could use this point for KPN internet and TV connection.

      No not yet. Apparently this connection point will not work

      No not yet, Technician visting my apartment next week to install  glass optical fibre in electric meter cupboard.

        Though we have glass fiber just outside the building but extending it to my apartment is difficult, since glass fiber has to come through someone else garage. We are trying to make a contact with them.
