Change of provider

Hello,

I want to change from KPN to T-mobile (internet at home + vast bellen). Do I need to contact KPN to resign or can T-mobile take care of the transition from KPN to T-mobile?

Hi @LSauvage and welcome to our forum! If I remember correctly, T-Mobile offers something like an ‘overstapservice’, which means they take care of terminating your current subscription as soon as theirs is ready. As long as you order your subscription with that overstapservice, they should take care of everything. 🙂
