Changing KPN delivery address and internet setup date

Hello,

 

Recently I subscribed for an internet&TV package for my new address. KPN is sending necessary equipments to my new address. But I don’t live there yet. So nobody can take the delivery. 

 

How can I change its delivery address?

Also How can I reschedule its setup time?

Hi @akorkmaz, welcome. 

I totally understand you want the installation package on your current adress. I can change the adress if it isn't posted yet. Please fill in your profile with old and new adress and let me know when you did. I will take a look.

    How can I enter my new and old addresses in profile page? there is only one address section in the page.

    Can you fill in your current adres by Persoonlijke opmerkingen? Please let me know when you did. And now on your current adress you don’t have a KPN subscription for the internet right? You made a new order for your new adress?
