Hello, today I was supposed to get my internet connection, I even received a message stating that the connection is successful. The problem is that the connection to the internet is not established (the internet light on the modem keeps blinking), not even with a wire. On top of that, on the kpn box the light for glas is not working, only the ethernet.

I think we have already found the issue. The Glas light on the fiber unit not working indicates that there is no signal coming in from the main central. Have you tried turning the power off for about 10 seconds?Â
My advice is to call our free number, 0800 0402. This is the fastest way to get an engineer to your locatian and investigate this issue.Â
