I recently just move into apartment with my package ordered. Today is the contract start date and i was very excited to hook up the fiber optic box and modem. However, after everything hook up, there is no internet connection and the glas indicator is not turn on. I’ve tried several time of unplug the power/ethernet/etc and redo everything from scratch still not available. 

Could you help to remote diagnose what could be the problem here ?  

By the way, i have scheduled a technician for a visit. Hopefully everything will be fix then.

Indeed the issue is resolved and i have my internet work as charm now
